Terms of Service

Welcome to the Empiric Legion of Moai (the “Service”), a platform where supporters (“Members”) can join different levels of the Legion to access exclusive content, rewards, and community experiences provided by creators (“Keepers”). By using our Service, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read carefully.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.

  • By joining, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

2. Membership & Pledges

  • Membership levels (Tourist, Seeker, Voyager) provide access to different benefits as outlined on the site.

  • Payments are processed on a recurring basis (monthly, unless otherwise stated).

  • Benefits are subject to change at the discretion of the Keepers, but changes will be communicated to Members in advance.

3. Payments & Refunds

  • All payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

  • Failed payments may result in suspension or cancellation of your membership.

4. Content & Use

  • Content shared through the Service (artwork, writing, digital files, merchandise) is owned by the Keepers.

  • Members are granted personal, non-commercial access to content.

  • Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized use of content is prohibited.

5. Member Conduct

By joining the Empiric Legion of Moai, you agree to:

  • Respect other Members and Keepers.

  • Not engage in harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior.

  • Not misuse the Service to upload or distribute harmful, illegal, or infringing content.

6. Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

  • Members may cancel at any time, but benefits end after the current billing cycle.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

  • We are not responsible for outages, lost content, or damages arising from use of the Service.

  • Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid to the Service in the last 3 months.

8. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time.

  • Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of United States of America.
