30 Days of Creativity: Day 1 – Organizing my first event

June is turning out to be full of excitement. I have had 2 pieces accepted to a local cafe to sell my art. I’m organizing my first tiki event at Revolucion here in Indy, and I am participating in 30 Days of Creativity. It’s like NaNoWriMo for artists, but instead of one full piece the artist could have 30 different pieces. The point is to create a little bit everyday.

So this month I will be doing at least 1 creative thing a day, whether it be cooking, carving, drawing, or playing.

With that, here is my first submission for #30DOC. It is the poster for the GenCon tiki meetup that I, and @IndianaGeeking.

On top of everything, I am using this month to #LoseTheMoobs started by Twitter’s own @BgKahuna. The goal is to lose 5 lbs by the end of June.

Here’s to creative changes. CHEERS!!!
